As a physical therapist, I saw countless everyday lifters struggling with preventable pain and poor movement patterns. I created Well Balanced Fitness to bridge the gap between rehab and performance—so you can lift confidently and safely.

HOW IT WORKS:
Step 1:

Develop a lasting, in-depth understanding of your lifting patterns to support long-term performance. Click "Begin My Analysis" to select your service of interest.
Record yourself performing 1-3 reps of the lift that you would like reviewed.
Upon purchase of service, you will create a free account login to access your portal for video upload. Detailed instructions for video recording are provided in your portal.

After reviewing your submission, you will receive:
